These terms govern your use of Minty Assets ("the Service"), operated by Minty Analyst ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Minty Assets is a cloud-based fixed asset register and depreciation management application. We provide the software on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Minty Assets. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your asset records, financial data, or other content. You can export your data at any time via CSV.
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hi@mintyanalyst.com.
The Starter (free) plan is provided at no cost with the limitations described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Minty Assets is a record-keeping and calculation tool — it does not constitute accounting, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of depreciation calculations and journal entries for your specific reporting requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Minty Analyst operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
