Minty Analyst ("we", "our", "us") operates the Minty Assets application at mintyassets.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account data: When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers.
Asset data: The fixed asset records, categories, journal entries, and other business data you enter into Minty Assets. This data belongs to you.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics such as page views, feature usage, and session duration to improve the product. We do not use third-party tracking services like Google Analytics.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and asset records within 30 days. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to your data is restricted by role-based permissions. We maintain audit logs of all significant actions within the application.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hi@mintyanalyst.com. You can export all your asset data via CSV at any time from within the application.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
